What is Corporate Wellness?

Corporate wellness refers to programs and services designed to support the health and well-being of employees in the workplace. These programs focus on prevention, early risk identification, and health education to help individuals stay healthy, productive, and engaged.

At Your Wellness Link, corporate wellness includes on-site health screenings, one-on-one wellness consultations, and educational support making it easier for busy teams to prioritize their health without disrupting their workday.

We offer on-site wellness services including blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and hemoglobin screenings, along with one-on-one wellness consultations and health education and more!

We coordinate with your team to schedule a convenient time. Employees are seen individually for screenings and a brief wellness consultation. Each session is designed to be efficient and minimally disruptive to the workday.

Most visits take approximately 15–20 minutes per employee.

We typically require a small private space (such as an office or conference room), a table, and basic coordination for scheduling employees.

No. Our services focus on preventive screenings, early risk identification, and health education. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications during wellness events. If any concerns are identified, employees are advised to follow up with their primary care provider. We can also assist in connecting individuals with a local primary care practice if needed.

If a screening result falls outside of a normal range, we provide guidance and recommend appropriate next steps, such as follow-up with a primary care provider.

We work with both small and growing teams. Minimums may vary depending on location and services requested.
